Ingredients

  • 1 c. rinsed and drained low-sodium canned black beans
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. cumin

Directions

  1. Toss 1 cup rinsed and drained low-sodium canned black beans with 2 tsp lime juice and 1 tsp cumin.
  2. Transfer to a container and keep chilled.
