Perhaps the cliché is actually true — maybe money really can buy you happiness?

Just ask Oprah's go-to happiness guru Deepak Chopra, who is now adding interior design to his resume: He helped design seven exclusive "wellness homes" in new Miami residential complex Muse Residences (which was developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development) in an effort to combine luxury real estate with his holistic approach to healthy living.

According to Business Insider, the residences were designed to "promote residents' happiness and overall well-being," and each condo incorporates filtered water, purified air, and lighting that mimics natural sunlight.

"We spend more than 90 percent of our time indoors," CEO of Delos Wellness Real Estate Paul Scialla told Forbes. "Things like natural daylight, fresh air exchange, ceiling height, and open flow design can also make our interior environments more productive, sustainable, and livable."

A luxury residence in beautiful Miami that can also boost your mood sounds pretty great, right? Don't get your hopes up just yet: Prices for the Chopra-designed units start at $5 million and the penthouse suites are listed for just under $20 million, according to Forbes.

If the price tag (or the fact that the building is already 70 percent sold) doesn't scare you away, here are some more details about your future joy condo:

The beachfront building has 49 floors and 68 units, but only seven are Chopra-designed for optimal happiness levels. Of those seven, each unit will have two or three bedrooms and start at 2,360 square feet.

Chopra aimed to bring his holistic wellness perspective to these residences by including a cool, muted color palette of blue, lavender, and cream to create a calming atmosphere. The residences will also feature state-of-the-art water purification and air filtration systems to boost residents' immune systems.

Because bright indoor lights can throw off your sleep cycle, Chopra says his residences will have circadian lighting, meaning the indoor lights will automatically adjust to the amount of sunlight outside to minimize sleep cycle disruptions.

"Sleep patterns, breathing, color, light, movement, spatial flow, sound; these can all change our genome expression in the direction of health and well-being," Chopra told Forbes. "The wellness features and technologies that we are designing [into these residences] will enhance both the physical and emotional well-being of the homeowner."

If all that sounds like pure bliss to you, you'll be happy to hear that, as Muse residents, you'll also gain access to the building's luxury amenities, which include an infinity pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and a waterfront restaurant.

Chopra hopes these exclusive units he designed will foster happiness among residents. And with all those amenities and a multimillion-dollar budget, how could residents not be happy?
