Let's get real: Sometimes we're not pleased with our bodies or the way we look in the mirror. We've all nitpicked our physiques, and many of us could rattle off a list of exactly what we would want to change about ourselves given the chance.

But, as Hilary Duff points out, being yourself — as is — is enough.

In a recent Instagram post, the Younger actress shared (and showed off!) her longtime insecurity: her legs.

"I didn't always love my legs, but as I've grown, I've learned to love and celebrate myself, just as I am," she wrote in the caption.

The 29-year-old actress partnered with Aerie in honor of the brand's U Day on Thursday to spread messages of self-love and body positivity.

"I began to realize that my legs are STRONG and they carry me every. single. day," she continued. "Our bodies are amazing and something to be grateful for. I'm ME and that's really enough!"

But Duff hasn't always felt confident about herself. In January 2015, during an interview with Health magazine, she revealed how obsessed she was with her weight as a teenager. "I was way too skinny, and my body wasn't that healthy — my hands would cramp up a lot because I wasn't getting the nutrition I needed," she said.

She told the magazine that she regrets worrying so much about the constant pressure she felt to look different growing up. "I feel like there was way too much time spent thinking about that," she said. "This is the body that I have."

So keep spreading that positivity because you — as you are — are enough.
