Cranberry and Clementine Relish

Ingredients

  • 3 c. cranberries (fresh or thawed frozen; about 10 oz)
  • 2 clementines
  • 1/4 c. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple

Directions

  1. Pulse cranberries, clementines (do not peel but scrub well and cut into 8 pieces), pure maple syrup, walnuts, and Granny Smith apple (cored and quartered) in a food processor until finely chopped (don't overprocess).
