Sub out your typical cranberry sauce for this healthy Thanksgiving staple.
- 3 c. cranberries (fresh or thawed frozen; about 10 oz)
- 2 clementines
- 1/4 c. pure maple syrup
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1 large Granny Smith apple
- Pulse cranberries, clementines (do not peel but scrub well and cut into 8 pieces), pure maple syrup, walnuts, and Granny Smith apple (cored and quartered) in a food processor until finely chopped (don't overprocess).
