Feta and Lime Dip

Who knew feta, lime, and pita chips could be such a delicious combo?

Indulge in the richness of feta and the tanginess of lime.

  • 1/4 lb. Feta (rinsed)
  • 1/2 lb. Tofu
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • zest of 5 small limes
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • toasted multi-grain pita chips
  • black pepper to taste


  1. Place tofu, lime zest, cilantro, and minced jalapeño in a blender.
  2. Purée until smooth.
  3. Add feta and purée again.
  4. Season lightly with black pepper and serve with toasted multi-grain pita chips.
