- 1/4 lb. Feta (rinsed)
- 1/2 lb. Tofu
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- zest of 5 small limes
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- toasted multi-grain pita chips
- black pepper to taste
- Place tofu, lime zest, cilantro, and minced jalapeño in a blender.
- Purée until smooth.
- Add feta and purée again.
- Season lightly with black pepper and serve with toasted multi-grain pita chips.
