Toasted Kale Chips

Serve with red beet dip for a healthy spring version of chips and dip.

Yes, chips can be healthy and delicious. Especially when they're made from one of our favorite superfoods.

  • kale
  • olive oil
  • salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut kale into 2-3 inch pieces.
  3. Toss with olive oil and salt – season to taste.
  4. Place kale on sheet pan and bake until crisp, approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Add additional seasoning for taste.
