- olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut kale into 2-3 inch pieces.
- Toss with olive oil and salt – season to taste.
- Place kale on sheet pan and bake until crisp, approximately 20 minutes.
- Add additional seasoning for taste.
