  • 1 c. greens (kale, romaine, or spinach)
  • 1 c. liquid (almond milk, coconut water, or water)
  • 1 ½ c. fruit (avocado, banana, or pineapple)


  1. Puree 1 cup greens (kale, romaine, or spinach), 1 cup liquid (almond milk, coconut water, or water), and 1 ½ cups fruit (avocado, banana, or pineapple) in a blender.

Makes 1 serving; 327cal (kale, almond milk, avocado combo)
