  • 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp. coarse salt


  1. Simmer 1 Tbsp unsalted butter with 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup, ¼ tsp cinnamon, and ⅛ tsp coarse salt over medium heat until a glaze forms, 2 min.
  2. Toss with 4 cups air-popped popcorn.
