Kale-and-Cuke Super Juice

Ingredients

  • ½ c. chopped kale
  • ¼ c. chopped red cabbage
  • ½ of a chopped green apple
  • ½ c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp. protein powder
  • ⅓ c. chopped cucumber
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • ½ c. cold water
  • ¼ c. fresh orange juice
  • ½ c. ice

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.

240 cal, 4 g fat, 15 g protein, 41 g carb, 25 g sugar, 8 g fiber, 55 mg sodium, 15 mg cholesterol per serving
