Ingredients

  • ½ c. kale
  • ½ c. spinach
  • 1 c. frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 ¼ c. unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. protein powder

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender; puree.
