Spinach-Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c. spinach
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. protein powder
  • 1 c. peeled seeded cucumber
  • 15 almonds
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

330 cal, 22 g fat, 17 g protein, 28 g carbs, 14 g sugar, 11 g fiber, 125 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol per serving
