Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • ½ small banana
  • 5 almonds
  • 1 tbsp. protein powder
  • 1 c. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ c. ice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
