  • 1 c. cooked steel-cut oatmeal
  • 1 apple, diced (with peel)
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. slivered raw almonds
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon


  1. Fill a bowl with cooked steel-cut oatmeal and top with diced apple (with peel), chia seeds, slivered raw almonds, and cinnamon.
