  • ¾ plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened apple butter
  • 1 chopped date
  • 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Top yogurt with apple butter, date, and walnuts. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
