Wednesday Lunch: Bean Chili With Mango

A little spicy and a little sweet, this mix is a total win.

This recipe was developed specifically for Dr. Oz's 21-Day Weight-Loss Breakthrough diet plan. To make this for Wednesday's lunch, you'll need the Prep Day Bean Chili.

Level: Easy


  • ⅓ c. chopped mango
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin seeds
  • lime wedge
  • cilantro
  • 1 container Prep Day Bean Chili (recipe link in directions)


  1. Reheat 1 container of Prep Day Bean Chili.
  2. Top with ⅓ cup chopped mango and 1 tsp pumpkin seeds.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge and cilantro.
