- ⅓ c. chopped mango
- 1 tsp. pumpkin seeds
- lime wedge
- 1 container Prep Day Bean Chili (recipe link in directions)
- Reheat 1 container of Prep Day Bean Chili.
- Top with ⅓ cup chopped mango and 1 tsp pumpkin seeds.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and cilantro.
