Tuesday and Wednesday Breakfast: Yogurt Bowl

Whip up this recipe on Prep Day and you'll have two days of tasty breakfasts!

This recipe was developed specifically for Dr. Oz's 21-Day Weight-Loss Breakthrough diet plan. To make this on Prep Day for Tuesday and Wednesday's breakfasts, you'll need the Prep Day Go-To Berries.

Level: Easy


  • 3/4 c. plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. Prep Day Go-To Berries (recipe link in directions)
  • 1 tbsp. chopped mint
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. chopped walnuts


  1. In each of 2 containers, top 3/4 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup Prep Day Go-To Berries, 1 Tbsp chopped mint, and 2 1/2 Tbsp chopped walnuts.
  2. Keep chilled.

Want a change? Trade the berries for 1/2 cup diced apple or pear.
