- 3/4 c. plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 c. Prep Day Go-To Berries (recipe link in directions)
- 1 tbsp. chopped mint
- 2 1/2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
- In each of 2 containers, top 3/4 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup Prep Day Go-To Berries, 1 Tbsp chopped mint, and 2 1/2 Tbsp chopped walnuts.
- Keep chilled.
Want a change? Trade the berries for 1/2 cup diced apple or pear.
