This recipe was developed specifically for Dr. Oz's 21-Day Weight-Loss Breakthrough diet plan. To make this for Monday, Thursday, and Saturday's breakfasts, you'll need the Prep Day Oatmeal and the Prep Day Go-To Berries.

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. walnuts
  • 1/2 c. Prep Day Oatmeal (recipe link in directions)
  • 1/2 c. Prep Day Go-To Berries (recipe link in directions)


  1. Reheat 1/2 cup Prep Day Oatmeal.
  2. Top with 1/2 cup Prep Day Go-To Berries and walnuts.
