The Prep Day Go-To Berries are used to make:
- 1 c. blueberries
- ½ c. raspberries
- ½ c. blackberries
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped mint
- ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
- a pinch of coarse salt
- Mix 1 cup blueberries and ½ cup each raspberries and blackberries in a bowl with 2 Tbsp lemon juice (or to taste), 1 Tbsp chopped mint, ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of coarse salt.
- Transfer to a container and keep chilled.
