Prep Day Go-To Berries

These berries are ready to go whenever you are.

Level: Easy


  • 1 c. blueberries
  • ½ c. raspberries
  • ½ c. blackberries
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. chopped mint
  • ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • a pinch of coarse salt


  1. Mix 1 cup blueberries and ½ cup each raspberries and blackberries in a bowl with 2 Tbsp lemon juice (or to taste), 1 Tbsp chopped mint, ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of coarse salt.
  2. Transfer to a container and keep chilled.
