Ingredients
- 1 package (14-oz) extra-firm tofu
- 1 package (8-oz) soy tempeh
- 1/4 c. reduced-sodium tamari
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. grated ginger
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 425°F.
- Step 2 Cut extra-firm tofu (drained) and soy tempeh crosswise into thirds.
- Step 3Place in a foil-lined baking pan.
- Step 4Whisk reduced-sodium tamari with olive oil, lime juice, garlic cloves (minced), and grated ginger.
- Step 5Spoon over tofu and tempeh in pan; turn to coat.
- Step 6Roast, 12 to 15 min. Let cool.
