Tangerine-Mango Smoothie

Treat yourself and your family to a creamy, low-fat beverage for breakfast -- this smoothie bursts with fresh fruit including mango, tangerines, and banana.

Ingredients

  • 3 tangerines
  • 1 c. diced ripe mango
  • 1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ⅓ c. fresh tangerine juice
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 c. ice cubes

Directions

  1. Peel, section, and seed 3 tangerines.
  2. In a blender, place tangerine sections, mango, yogurt, tangerine juice, banana, honey, and ice cubes.
  3. Puree until smooth.
