Light Peanut Sauce

This mix is so delicious you'll want to pair it with everything.

Mix with whole-grain spaghetti, or serve with any veggie side.

  • 6 tbsp. no-salt peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c. hot water
  • 2 tbsp. thinly sliced scallion greens
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. honey


  1. Combine in a bowl peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic cloves, hot water, scallion greens, honey, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
