- 6 tbsp. no-salt peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 tbsp. thinly sliced scallion greens
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. honey
- Combine in a bowl peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic cloves, hot water, scallion greens, honey, and red pepper flakes.
- Whisk until smooth.
