Ingredients

  • 2 c. parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. freshly grated horseradish
  • 1/2 c. pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • coarse salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Combine parsley, lemon zest, horseradish, and pomegranate seeds in a small bowl.
  2. Drizzle in oil; season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Mix well.
