Maple-Tahini Sauce

Drizzle this smooth, nutty, and bright sauce over roasted veggies.

Add this tasty sauce to sweet potatoes, roasted squash or carrots, kale salad, or green beans.

  • 1/4 c. tahini paste
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup


  1. Put tahini, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk, adding water 1 Tbsp at a time, until it's fully incorporated and the sauce is as thick as you like.
