Add this tasty sauce to sweet potatoes, roasted squash or carrots, kale salad, or green beans.
- 1/4 c. tahini paste
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- Put tahini, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a small bowl.
- Whisk, adding water 1 Tbsp at a time, until it's fully incorporated and the sauce is as thick as you like.
