- 1 c. nut milk
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 2/3 c. corn kernels
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. honey
- ground black pepper
- red onion
- diced tomato
- red pepper flakes
- Combine 1 cup nut milk, ½ cup rolled oats, and ⅛ tsp sea salt in a saucepan.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for 20 minutes, stirring continually, and garnish away with anything from black pepper to red pepper flakes.
