Ingredients

  • 1 c. nut milk
  • 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 raw eggs
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 1/2 tbsp. grated ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • pumpkin seeds

Directions

  1. Combine 1 cup nut milk, ½ cup rolled oats, and ⅛ tsp sea salt in a saucepan.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for 20 minutes, stirring continually, and garnish away with pumpkin seeds.
