Ingredients

  • ½ c. green grapes
  • ½ c. baby spinach
  • ½ c. unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • ½ tsp. grated peeled ginger
  • ¼ tsp. honey

Directions

  1. Puree ½ cup green grapes, ½ cup baby spinach, ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage, ¼ avocado, 1 tsp lime juice,½ tsp grated peeled ginger, and ¼ tsp honey in a blender until smooth.
