Blueberry + Peach Smoothie

Bright purple and ready to be devoured.

Blueberries are up there in anthocyanins, the same antioxidants as in blackberries and raspberries.

  • ¾ c. blueberries
  • ¼ c. fresh (or thawed frozen) sliced peaches
  • ½ c. 2% milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice


  1. Puree ¾ cup blueberries, ¼ cup fresh (or thawed frozen) sliced peaches, ½ cup 2% milk, and 1 tsp lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
