Blueberries are up there in anthocyanins, the same antioxidants as in blackberries and raspberries.
- ¾ c. blueberries
- ¼ c. fresh (or thawed frozen) sliced peaches
- ½ c. 2% milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Puree ¾ cup blueberries, ¼ cup fresh (or thawed frozen) sliced peaches, ½ cup 2% milk, and 1 tsp lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
