Banana + Coconut Kick Smoothie

  • 1 c. yellow bell pepper
  • ⅓ c. sliced banana
  • ¼ c. unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp. jalapeño
  • ¼ tsp. honey


  1. Puree 1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper, ⅓ cup sliced banana, ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage, ¼ tsp chopped jalapeño, and ¼ tsp honey in a blender until smooth.
