- 1 c. yellow bell pepper
- ⅓ c. sliced banana
- ¼ c. unsweetened coconut milk
- ¼ tsp. jalapeño
- ¼ tsp. honey
- Puree 1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper, ⅓ cup sliced banana, ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage, ¼ tsp chopped jalapeño, and ¼ tsp honey in a blender until smooth.
