- 1 c. raspberries
- ¼ avocado
- ½ c. ice
- ¼ c. cold water
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- ¾ tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Puree 1 cup raspberries, ¼ avocado,½ cup ice, ¼ cup cold water, 1 tsp chia seeds, ¾ tsp honey, and 1 tsp lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
