Raspberry + Avocado With Chia Smoothie

You get an entire cup of berries.

Avocado makes this smoothie nice and creamy.

  • 1 c. raspberries
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ c. ice
  • ¼ c. cold water
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • ¾ tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice


  1. Puree 1 cup raspberries, ¼ avocado,½ cup ice, ¼ cup cold water, 1 tsp chia seeds, ¾ tsp honey, and 1 tsp lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
