  • 1 c. sliced nectarine
  • ½ c. sliced peeled carrot
  • ½ c. diced pineapple
  • ¼ c. orange juice
  • ¼ c. plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric


  1. Puree 1 cup sliced nectarine, ½ cup sliced peeled carrot, ½ cup diced pineapple, ¼ cup orange juice, ¼ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt, and a pinch to ¼ tsp turmeric (to taste) in a blender until smooth.
