Beets and chocolate are the perfect combo.
- 2 precooked beets
- ½ banana
- ¼ c. plain 2% Greek yogurt
- ¼ c. cold water
- 1 tbsp. (+ ½ tsp) cacao nibs
- Puree 2 precooked beets (quartered) with½ banana (sliced), ¼ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt, ¼ cup cold water, and 1 Tbsp cacao nibs in a blender until smooth.
- Garnish with½ tsp more cacao nibs (optional).
