This booze-free concoction brings all the cheer of a mixed drink with none of the wooziness.
- 2 c. baby spinach
- 1 ½ c. unsweetened coconut water
- ½ c. frozen banana
- ½ c. frozen pineapple
- 2 tsp. matcha
- 1-2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 c. ice
- Puree 2 cups baby spinach, 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut water, ½ frozen banana, ½ cup frozen pineapple, 2 tsp matcha, 1 to 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes (to taste), and 1 cup ice in a blender.
