Don't fear the cayenne pepper.
- 2 ¼ c. chopped mango
- ½ c. cold water
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lime zest
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp. coarse salt
- Puree 2 ¼ cups chopped mango with ½ cup cold water, 3 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp lime juice, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, and ⅛ tsp coarse salt in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer to a shallow airtight container and cover.
- Freeze until firm (at least 4 hrs).
- Scrape with a fork before serving, breaking up large chunks.
- Garnish with lime zest.
