  • 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • ¼ tsp. curry powder or garam masala
  • ¼ tsp. cumin

  1. Toss about 1 cup carrot sticks with 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro, 2 tsp lime juice, ¼ tsp curry powder or garam masala, ¼ tsp cumin, and a pinch of coarse salt.
