Apple Ring and Peanut Butter Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Trim 1 cored apple and cut into thick rounds.
  2. Spread half the slices with 1 Tbsp peanut butter.
  3. Sandwich with remaining slices.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Makes 1 serving; 167 cal
