Smoked Paprika and Almond Popcorn

  • 2 c. air-popped popcorn
  • 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. toasted chopped sliced almonds
  • ¼ tsp. smoked paprika
  • coarse salt


  1. Toss 2 cups air-popped popcorn with 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp toasted chopped sliced almonds, ¼ tsp smoked paprika, and a couple pinches of coarse salt, and toss again.

Makes 1 serving; 172 cal
