Chili-Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Spice up your seeds.

These aren't your typical pumpkin seeds.

  • 1 c. shelled pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. coarse salt


  1. Toss 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds with 2 tsp olive oil, ½ tsp chili powder, and ¼ tsp coarse salt.
  2. Toast at 375°F, stirring occasionally, until crisp, 8 to 10 min.

Makes 4 servings; 190 cal each
