Frozen Grapes and Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

  • ¼ c. plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • ½ c. frozen red or green grapes
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Top ¼ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt with ½ cup frozen red or green grapes.
  2. Optional: Try it sprinkled with cinnamon.

Makes 1 serving; 90 cal
