Chocolate and Dried Cherry Trail Mix

  • ½ c. rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
  • ¼ c. dried cherries
  • 2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
  • pinch of coarse salt
  • yogurt
  • chopped fruit


  1. Toast ½ cup rolled oats with 2 Tbsp sliced almonds in a skillet over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown, about 2 min. Let cool.
  2. Toss with ¼ cup dried cherries, 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips, and a pinch of coarse salt.
  3. Serve as is or with yogurt and/or chopped fruit.

Makes 4 servings; 112 cal each
