This combination is a must-try.
- ½ c. rolled oats
- 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
- ¼ c. dried cherries
- 2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
- pinch of coarse salt
- chopped fruit
- Toast ½ cup rolled oats with 2 Tbsp sliced almonds in a skillet over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown, about 2 min. Let cool.
- Toss with ¼ cup dried cherries, 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips, and a pinch of coarse salt.
- Serve as is or with yogurt and/or chopped fruit.
