This popcorn is a real treat.
- 2 c. air-popped popcorn
- 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp. grated Pecorino cheese
- ½ tsp. pepper
- pinch of coarse salt
- Toss 2 cups air-popped popcorn with 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle with 1 ½ Tbsp grated pecorino cheese, ½ tsp pepper, and a pinch of coarse salt, and toss again.
Makes 1 serving; 157 cal
