Old Bay Popcorn With Superseeds

  • 2 c. air-popped popcorn
  • ½ tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. toasted shelled sunflower seeds


  1. Toss 2 cups air-popped popcorn with ½ tsp extra-virgin olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning and 1 Tbsp toasted shelled sunflower seeds, and toss again.

Makes 1 serving; 128 cal
