Brussels Sprout 'Chips'

Chips, the veggie way.

Who knew Brussels sprouts made such a great snack?

  • 12 Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. soy sauce


  1. Trim ends of 12 large Brussels sprouts and separate into single leaves.
  2. Toss with 2 tsp olive oil. Roast at 375°F on an oiled baking sheet, stirring occasionally, until crisp and browned, about 16 min.
  3. Toss with 1 ½ tsp soy sauce.

Makes 1 serving; 233 cal
