- 1 c. raw almonds
- 2 ½ tsp. tamari
- 1 tsp. honey
- Toss 1 cup raw almonds with 2 ½ tsp tamari and 1 tsp honey.
- Roast on an oiled baking sheet at 350°F, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 10 to 15 min.
