Roasted Soy and Honey Almonds

  • 1 c. raw almonds
  • 2 ½ tsp. tamari
  • 1 tsp. honey


  1. Toss 1 cup raw almonds with 2 ½ tsp tamari and 1 tsp honey.
  2. Roast on an oiled baking sheet at 350°F, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 10 to 15 min.

Makes 4 servings; 218 cal each
