Get your daily dose of omega-3s by munching on an avocado.
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp. chopped scallion
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- pinch of coarse salt
- 2 tortilla chips
- hot sauce (optional)
- Sprinkle ½ avocado with 1 tsp each chopped scallion and lime juice and a pinch of coarse salt.
- Crumble 2 tortilla chips on top.
- Drizzle with hot sauce (optional).
