  • 1/4 c. hummus
  • 1/4 c. sliced bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. cucumber
  • 1/4 c. red onion
  • 1 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 6-inch whole wheat tortilla


  1. Wrap ¼ cup each hummus, sliced bell pepper, cucumber, and red onion with 1 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese in a 6-inch whole wheat tortilla.
