- 1 peeled, segmented, and frozen tangelo or navel orange (discard any seeds)
- 1 sliced and frozen nectarine or peach, or 1 cup (4 oz) store-bought frozen slices
- ¾ c. low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ c. coconut water
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. honey
- Place the fruit in a blender, followed by the yogurt, coconut water, vanilla, and honey. Blend until smooth.
