Evening Treat Superfood Smoothie

  • 1 peeled, segmented, and frozen tangelo or navel orange (discard any seeds)
  • 1 sliced and frozen nectarine or peach, or 1 cup (4 oz) store-bought frozen slices
  • ¾ c. low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ c. coconut water
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. honey


  1. Place the fruit in a blender, followed by the yogurt, coconut water, vanilla, and honey. Blend until smooth.
