  • 2 tbsp. raw almonds
  • ¾ c. frozen mango
  • 1 c. frozen blueberries
  • 1 c. low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ c. pomegranate juice
  • ¼ c. low-fat milk


  1. Place the almonds in a blender followed by the mango, blueberries, yogurt, pomegranate juice, and milk. Blend until smooth.

256 cal, 7 g fat (2 g saturated), 15 g protein, 37 g carb, 31 g sugar, 5 g fiber, 67 mg sodium, 8 mg cholesterol per serving
