- 2 tbsp. raw almonds
- ¾ c. frozen mango
- 1 c. frozen blueberries
- 1 c. low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ c. pomegranate juice
- ¼ c. low-fat milk
- Place the almonds in a blender followed by the mango, blueberries, yogurt, pomegranate juice, and milk. Blend until smooth.
