Ingredients

  • 1 oz. gin
  • 2 oz. cold-pressed green vegetable juice (store-bought or freshly made—it should be packed with greens like kale and spinach)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
  • orange bitters
  • cucumber slice and flat-leaf parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine 1 oz gin, 2 oz cold-pressed green vegetable juice (store-bought or freshly made—it should be packed with greens like kale and spinach), 1 Tbsp lemon or lime juice, and a few drops of orange bitters in a cocktail shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake; strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a cucumber slice and flat-leaf parsley.
