Honey-Mustard Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb. halved Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. coarse salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp. grainy mustard
  • 1 ½ tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss 1 ½ lbs halved Brussels sprouts with 2 Tbsp olive oil and ½ tsp coarse salt in a roasting pan.
  3. Roast, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Stir 1 ½ Tbsp grainy mustard with 1 ½ Tbsp cider vinegar and 1 tsp honey.
  5. Toss with hot Brussels sprouts.
