Ingredients

  • 8 wedges frozen peaches
  • ¾ c. plain Greek 2% yogurt
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed (optional)
  • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ c. ice
  • ¼ water

Directions

  1. Puree 8 wedges frozen peaches, ¾ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt, ½ banana, 2 Tbsp almond butter, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed (optional), ½ tsp pure vanilla extract, ¼ cup ice, and ¼ cup water in a blender until smooth.
